How/where do I impute the e-mail address so that my form is sent to my e-mail address?

It is such a basic requirement I don't understand why it is so difficult to find the answer. Maybe you should create a big button for "Slowbotches" like me.

In order that your form submission is sent to your e-mail address when your form is submitted you need to add your email address in Recipient E-mail field inside of Email Notification.
