    Hi,

     

    I cloned your form and tried to integrate the form to Google Contact and I was able to replicate the issue you are encountering. 

    Let me escalate this issue to our development team. We will inform you on this thread any updates regarding the issue.

    This is what did sync to my phone, so it does sync just not proper data.
