Dears

i have that old form URL (Alex)

    http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51401798753966

And i did changes on it on another copy of it, the new version is below (paradise)

    http://form.jotformpro.com/form/52157711734959

Now i need to import the new version and replace the old one

I mean if some one clicked on the old Form URL above (http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51401798753966) he should be redirected to the new form (http://form.jotformpro.com/form/52157711734959) as i dont want the old form anymore

    Any support in this

We do not have redirection feature for form URLs. I suggest to disable your old form and a note there along with the new form URL so they can click it to open the new form.

    Here's how:

    1. Edit your old form

    2. Click on Preferences

    3. Go to Form Limits tab

    4. Set the warning message and place the new form URL.

Or, modify the old form manually to mimic the new form style.

If you need further assistance, do let us know.

Sorry, I forgot this important part. After changing the warning message, you have to set status of the old form to disabled. This can also be found under Preferences > General Settings.

You can also use hyperlinks on the warning message so it looks neat and clean.

    Example:

This form is disabled. Please open this NEW FORM
