Problems with scrolling on mobileAsked by BGSJotform on September 21, 2015 at 11:06 PM
Hello, i'm the designer for the website www.blackgreeksspeak.org and I'm having trouble with scrolling on the mobile view of the website...the embed code provided does not work on the mobile view. The one that works is the iframe but I still have problems scrolling to the bottom of the page...if you can help I would appreciate it...
you can get to the form i'm referring to by visiting:
>memberships>select any membership>bgs application
you can email me directly at
can't scroll down
When you use iframe, it should not conflict with anything on the page so the form should work just fine. However, I can see that it is not possible to scroll down below the page because the content constantly moves to the top. Is this the problem you encountered on mobile? If yes, do you have scrolling widgets or scripts installed on the page for mobiles? It seems this is causing the problem. The form is fine, but the container above it is calling this script which does not behave properly.
I suggest to try embedding any iframe content on that page rather than the form and see if the problem persists. If it was resolved, try to embed your form using only the following iframe embed code for mobile. See if this helps
<iframe allowtransparency="true" src="https://secure.jotform.us/form/52598337244160" frameborder="0" style="width: 100%; height: 2664px; border: none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>
However, if the problem still persists, try to disable any scrolling script or effects on your page. This might as well help.
