I need help with calculation rules

Asked by AHSPTO on September 22, 2015 at 12:20 AM

I am trying to offer choices for types and amounts of a donation and then have that total go to Paypal.  My totals are not adding up though, when I test the caculation rules.

I can see that the calculations are not being performed when the form is embedded on your website.

However, when your form is opened directly, the calculations perform fine:

I can see that there is a scripting conflict on that page between the scripts of the form (which need to perform calculations) and scripts on your website (jQuery library). In order to remedy this, we recommend using our iFrame embed method instead of the current embed method for embedding a form into your website.

Embedding a form as an iFrame will sandbox the form from your website, and prevent scripting conflicts between the form and your website. Please try it out, and let us know how it goes.
