    Come up massive in the results email:

    How can I adjust the tick and crosses size to match that of the email before pictures are downloaded?

    I'm sorry, but I wasn't able to replicate the issue. The tick and cross images appear at normal size on my end - both in Thunderbird, and in Gmail's webmail:

    I believe that the issue may possibly lie in how your email software is rendering these images. The source as viewed in Thunderbird shows a width of 20px being applied to the images.

    Can you please try opening these emails with a different email client, to see if the issue is limited to the software that you are currently using?

    I'm using Outlook. And yes I see, if I open the email received from outlook in a web browser it then displays correctly.


    Maybe if the email was send as an HTML email (or other format) it would display correctly in Outlook?

    Is there a way to do this??

    Quiz results email is sent as HTML. I'm not familiar with Outlook but upon searching, it looks like it's an issue on Outlook.  Why Doesn't My HTML Message Display Correctly in Outlook.

    This is still annoying, I use outlook and I'm not going to change email platform just for this.  Can the html email not specify the image size (as is the norm)? Or if the rows had a specified height the image would automatically size to fit.  There must be a fix for this!?

    @lafhab2 : Unfortunately we cant be of much help in this matter as we have no control over Outlook express and hence can't fix the limitations faced due to outlook express.

    Thanks for your reply however I am struggling to accept your answer as conclusive. Even as a novice I can see 2 easy solutions.  Firstly, in HTML, images can be specified for height and width, the html for your quiz email states the width of the tick as 20 pixels (width:20px), so this could be decreased. Secondly if you check the url of the tick (http://quizform.jotform.io/images/tick.png) you will see that's quite large (would it ever be needed at that size in an email?) and so could easily be replaced with a smaller one.
