IE 9: unable to edit forms

Yesterday I tried to login with the Browser IE 9 and I couldn’t do anything... In addition, the forms do not work correctly when I open them with IE 9. One month before it all worked great and now nothing works anymore.

In the link is an example were the language settings are not working.

Do you know why this happened? On the other hand, how I can fix that?

    Best regards

I have used an emulator for Internet Explorer 9, and I do see the same issue in the emulated IE9. Language switching is not working on forms in IE9 and IE8, and forms can't be edited in our Form Builder. The form opens in the Form Builder, but I'm unable to add or move any fields.

I have raised this as a bug report to our developers for closer examination. In the mean time, I would advise you to please use one of the better supported browsers, such as Firefox or Chrome instead of IE9.

In addition to the above, I would also like to let you know that Microsoft has announced an EOL (End-Of-Life) for IE9, which is in January 2016. After that time, Microsoft and most other companies will no longer provide any updates or fixes specific to IE9, so it is best to move to better supported browser if at all possible.

We will let you know through this thread when or if we have any updates regarding language switching and Form Builder not working in IE9. Thank you.

    Hi

Thank you for bringing the problems with ie9 browser to our attention. The Myforms page has now been fixed. Are you still having problem with the Form Builder?
