Email address not receiving forms

    I recently changed email providers to google apps, after switching one of my emails accounts stopped receiving email forms from jotform submissions. The email address not receiving forms is, other email accounts on the same domain are receiving forms.

    Your email had been placed in the bounce list as a result of the SMTP authentication failing.

    If you are using it as a sender email kindly ensure SMTP authentication is enabled in your mail server.

    I have removed it from the bounce list, kindly test your form to check if the emails are being delivered.
