Where is the submitted form data stored?

Asked by Axel  on September 22, 2015 at 07:18 AM

    Hi JotForm,

We want to use your forms to register new clients.

    - Where is the submitted form data stored?
        x

How do we manage/view those submissions?

    -

How secure is it? (PCI or HIPPA?)

    -

Can we integrate a credit card payment service? Which ones?

    -

Can clients also upload supporting documents like copy of Utility Bill?

    -

    Are the forms dynamic? E.g
        1) Make a field required based on value of another field, or
        2) make fields visible based on value of another field.

    -

Can we set up a link to dynamically copy/move certain data to our CRM with each submission?

    -

Are the electronic signatures legally binding in the US and EU?

    Many thanks,

    Axel

Thank you for your interest in our service.

    - Where is the submitted form data stored?

Data is stored within Jotfrom's data centers. Jotform has a very powerful cloud of secured servers. This provides security protection against  malicious attacks like SQL injection and denial of service (DOS) attacks. We also provide a very high-security level throughout our hosting provider's servers for stored data and all of our SSL certificates support high-grade 256-bit encryption.

With regards to your other concerns, I have moved them to a new thread because we believe that we can assist our users better if we provide them answers on each question they have on separate threads. And also, to avoid confusions between answers.

Click the link after each question you have to view the new thread created for that question.
