Whenever I select to have my password reset for username Workingps I never receive anything. I was wondering if you could please assist me with this please and thank you.

I have checked email address of your account and that email address was on bounce list. Because of that you did not receive emails from JotForm when you tried to reset your password.
I have now removed it from our bounce list and it should be working fine now.
Please try again to reset your password.
