Good morning Jotform Support Team,
I work at the George Mason University Student Centers and we've used Jotform very successfully for the past few years to process service and event requests for our buildings. Just recently (the past two weeks) we've had an issue with jotform submissions not consistently populating as Trello cards. I was wondering if any recent updates or changes to the Jotform or Trello systems might be affecting the Trello cards. Particularly our Services Request board and Corner Pocket Reservation boards.

To clarify, all submissions are populating the Jotform submissions section but not all submissions that have been directed to the Trello Column email address are populating as cards.

I took a look at your Trello email address and I see that it is not in our bounce list or any other that would cause any issues, but I see that you are using verified email sender as the sender.
Please do change this to either:
2. to your SMTP setup
This will allow the email to be properly sent and received by you.
