Can I add a form to a Yahoo Group

Well, if they accept HTML then you can. We recommend using our iframe embed method: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code. If they don't support it, you can just use the form link. To get the form link, simply click the "Preview" button in the form builder.
