My forms are disabled?

    My forms were working and now say "disabled"
    and will not show up using embed javascript or directly from URL

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    I've checked your account and the forms, it seems like the antiphishing system incorrectly flagged your forms and autosuspended your account, this usually happens when the form is using a different language like Arabic, Portuguese, French and the likes, unfortunately, the system is still currently being improved to scan forms written in a non-English text.

    If you want to add a translation to your form fields and avoid being autosuspended, I would advise following this guide to make your form multilingual: http://www.jotform.com/help/298-How-to-make-your-forms-multilingual.
