i´ve tried the steps i found here... ... the button THANK YOU does not work... i click on it and nothing happens.
I go to the button SUBMIT, click to change its settings and the button THANK YOU PAGE SETTINGS do not work. Nothing happens.
Does it work only on paid versions?

The thank you page features should work for all accounts. I cloned your form to test it and it looks to be working on my end:
I tested the redirect, changed it to redirect to jotform.com and it is working without issue:
If you are not seeing the thank you page settings, try using a different browser, usually FireFox or Chrome work best. If that still does not allow you to see the settings, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.

Hi there... it´s still not working... when i click on THANK YOU ICON, nothing happens... if i´ll go to SUBMIT buttons settings and then PROPERTIES, i try to click on THANK YOU PAGE SETTING and still, nothing happens.
The only way i could change it, was following this steps:
1- Go to CONDITIONS ICON on top of the page;
2- Click on CHANGE THANK YOU MESSAGE AFTER SUBMISSION
3- Create a rule for it.
I have used Internet Explorer, Chrome and Firefox, and all option returned the same action: none.

I checked the form from in your account and the thank you page settings worked from there as well. Try loading your forms from:
To see if that will allow for the thank you page functionality to work. If it does not, let us know the URL you would like the thank you page changed to and we will be happy to update your form for you.
