My client says none of the links for my form is opening on iPhone or her computer. Wanted to make sure all of my forms are up and running and working correctly. Or if there's an update I need to do.
When I sent it successfully it went through so I don't know why It's not opening on her end.

Can you please tell us if the form was used on a website or was it only using its direct link?
If its on a website, share to us the URL of your website so we can also check the form used.
I checked it on the latest forms that you might have used, but so far I could not reproduced the problem. I can view the forms using there URL.
It will help us check further if you can provide us more details about the issue.

it didn't work so I sent the direct link and she still says nothing. Which
doesn't make sense to me.
If worst comes to worse I'll probably just print out the agreement and have
her sign it in person if she's still having issues with it.

It will also help us understand more about the issue if you cna find more information from the end-user. Please try find out which browser they were using during the time. Our recommended browser is Chrome or Firefox. Perhaps it was just an issue on the browser on their end.
If really necessary, you can do provide her also a PDF document version of the form.
