How to add my own application to my list of jotformsAsked by girlspursuingscience on September 22, 2015 at 08:36 PM
We redesigned our website to include our own forms that match up seamlessly with our website. How can we add the form to our jotform list of forms. Please see the website page below. The online form is at the bottom of the page
If I understood you correctly you want to clone/import form from your website to JotForm. Unfortunately that is not possible to achieve because only JotForm form can be cloned to JotForm.
You well need to create new JotForm form from scratch and then embed it to your website.
This guide can help you to create new form: http://www.jotform.com/help/
For embedding form to website we recommend using of iFrame code. Inside of this guide you can find how to get iFrame code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
