I am able to get the Source code in the embed options, but unable to get the .css and .js files: "You can also download a compressed and refined version with separate .css and .js files from here."

When I click on the link, I get this message:

    400 Bad Request nginx/1.9.3

I have logged in to your account and I was able to download full Source code of your form.

Does your Embed pop up window looks like this or you have old embed window? Like in this article:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form

Can you please try using different browser or try with incognito mode. You can also try to download Source code on different device.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

Thanks for the quick response! I tried with the new and old embed windows and in different browsers with incognito mode- nothing worked. Then I simply changed the title of my form from "2016 State Health Policy Summit" to "2016-State-Health-Policy-Summit" and that worked! I guess having a space after the number threw things off. I tried a few times, going back and forth between having the space and removing it. Any time there was a space after the number, I would get an error when trying to download the files. Weird quirk, but at least it works now.

Glad to hear you were able to get things figured out.  That is a very odd quirk indeed.  I was able to download the source code with or without the spaces so I am not sure why it was not working on your end.  In any case, if there is anything else we can assist you with, let us know and we will be happy to help.
