Conditions Wizard: Additional changes in the conditions are not saving permanently

I am having a big issue with the condition wizard on my form. After I have made the condition and I want to edit the condition the changes will not get saved. Tried it on 3 browsers ie, Mozilla and Chrome. I also cannot delete the condition and create another modified condition, when I do on refresh it goes back to the condition I had previously created.

The only way I can get to save a created condition is when I take the version of my form without any conditions, clone it and create all required conditions without saving because I have disabled auto saving then finally save when am done.

Which means I cannot test the conditions one my one.

My Conditions filter on the form below is Frequency Filter drop down field when I intend to hide some parts of the form on each answer, but there are 6 conditions and I have to test how the form reacts to each one but I cant because of the issue I have described above. Kindly Help.

Just like my thread earlier about saving auto respond, changes only take effect after creating a new clone when I want to make a major change to my forms, its very discouraging as in the future it can means changing url's every time

    Hello crystalinnovative,

It seems the form #52650814308554 seems to have been deleted already. I restored the form and did not find any issue with that. I was able to edit the conditions successfully. Please check the screenshot below:

This is strange that you are having this issue with 3 different browsers. I am not sure what is causing this issue. Can you please share a screenshot of the condition wizard which you see? The following guide should help you how to upload image in forum post:  http://www.jotform.com/answers/277033

I would also suggest you to try to edit your form from chrome incognito window (Ctrl+Shift+N).

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

I cloned your form and tested it in my end, I was able to replicate the problem.

I copied the steps you showed in the screencast above, here's mine:

I edit the condition and added "Email" and "Facility Name" in the selection

Conditions Wizard: Additional changes in the conditions are not saving permanently Image 1 Screenshot 20

I noticed that the form is quite long and the number of items selected in the conditional logic are also a lot, there are 820 fields selected in that condition.

My current best guess right now is that the form is quite long and the number of items selected in the condition are too many, the limit of the allowed number of items to be selected might have been reached, but I am not quite sure of this. I will forward this to our developers to have a better looked at it and see if they can fixed it. We will update you directly on this thread when this is resolved.

I also tried adding a separate condition for the "Facility Name" and "Email", but they are also not saving.

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

To add, you may also check this guide on how to show/hide multiple fields using the form collapse tool: http://www.jotform.com/help/297-Show-or-Hide-multiple-fields-at-once-using-form-collapse-tool.

Instead of selecting multiple fields, you just need to show/hide the form collapse that wraps the fields in one section. I would advise that you clone your original form so that you can make changes on the other one, leaving the original one still intact. Here's how you can clone it: http://www.jotform.com/help/27-How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-your-account

I hope that helps while our developers are still looking on fixing the issue.
