I am also checking our website and I see if the submit URL is blocked in China
It seems like the submit.jotform.com URL is still being blocked. China is quite known for censorship, although I'm not quite sure what triggered this right now.
I will forward this to our developers to have it checked, but based from the discussion in this thread http://www.jotform.com/answers/662226, one of our developers made a workaround so that users from China should still be able to submit the form.
Again, please do accept our sincere apologies for the trouble that this might have caused you.

I'm sorry for the late response. We implemented a solution yesterday and didn't encountered any problem after.
As you might know this problem doesn't directly about JotForm. Our services were censored by China. It is an automated process and there aren't any channel that we can contact with them.
We're trying to understand underlying issues why our services catching by that automated process an how we can avoid that.
