Is it possible to create two different versions of a survey form?

I need one arranged for desktops and laptops website and one arranged to fit into tablet version of website.

I believe that you are looking to create a survey form for both desktops + laptops on top of an alternate version for tablets.

You can then either make it Mobile Responsive or alternatively just clone it and do it there instead.
