Since yesterday I'm trying to cancel de subscription. I've tried for 3 times but the subscription hasn't been cancelled.
Could you help me please?

I checked your account and your subscription was successfully cancelled. Since you have already paid until October 16th, 2015, your account will remain Bronze until that time. Your account will then be automatically downgrade back to a Free one and you will no longer be billed.
