    Hi,

Thank you for your interest in using our product.

100 regular submissions is the total submission that you can receive from your account, when a user fills out your form and clicks the submit button, it is counted as a submission.

Currently, there seems to be a changed with the SSL, if you check your account, you have 100 SSL submissions, which is the same with the regular submissions. SSL submissions are submissions submitted using the SSL protocol or https://secure. You can learn more about SSL submissions here: http://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions

Regarding the payments receive, forms can be integrated with payment processors like Paypal, Stripe, FastSpring and the likes. When a user fills out the order form and successfully completed the transaction or payment, that will be counted as 1 payments received. To learn more about the payment integrations that we support, please check this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/323-Mastering-Payment-Form-Integrations-with-JotForm

All submission limits are per month, when you reached any of the limits, all of your forms will temporarily be disabled. To continue using your forms, you can either wait for the submission limits to reset, which happens every 1st day of the month OR upgrade to a higher plan.

You can check your submission limit just under the Account Profile menu
