Upgrade costs have doubled?

    Thinking we want to upgrade account.  Paid $9.95/month in July 2015.  Now I see it's $19.  Can we have the other rate or pay a yearly rate for a lesser cost?

    They offered a lock in rate a few weeks ago since they upgraded their platform. So if you've used JotForm before you'd be grandfathered in.

    There was an announcement a month ago to where subscriptions can be lock in to its current price as long as the subscription will remain active before the new pricing plan will be implemented. Unfortunately, the lock in period has already ended last August, and the subscription you previously had has already been deactivated/cancelled. The new pricing plan will be implemented when you upgrade or downgrade to a new subscription.

    You can purchase a monthly/yearly/bi-yearly subscription, the yearly plans are cheaper compared to the monthly cost per year.
