After I save my form and re-save embeded formula on my website - Option 1, Option2 & Option 3 appears

Asked by AHSPTO on September 23, 2015 at 02:03 PM

    Good Morning,

My template dashboard is not matching the form that is on my website.

I make the edits to remove the "Option 1, Option 2 & Option 3", save the changes, re-populate the embed code via Iframe and re-post that code onto my website and I'm still getting the Option 1, Option 2 & Option 3" on my webpage.

Thank you for your help in guiding me in how to permanently remove Option 1, Option 2 & Option 3 from my form.

    thank you.

After reviewing you form. I notice that you are using a radio field. I recommend removing this and adding a textbox field.

I would also suggest placing a show/hide condition. So when users select to donate money the text box will appear.

I have clone your form and added this fields. You may clone the form if you like
