Jotform not working again

    We're getting the same "temporarily unavailable - high traffic volume" message that has occurred now on several occasions.

    Please give ETA for when Jotform will be working again.

    And I have tried jotform.com, jotform.net etc, but NOTHING is working

    Any idea when this will be up and running again?

    Come on, please, Jotform, surely you have 24 hour technicians to sort out major issues! This is costing us in lost revenue every minute that it goes on. You offer a premium service, for which we're very happy to pay, but if the system is going to go wrong frequently, we just can't afford to keep on using it. Not a threat - just reality.

    Hi,

    According to our monitors, we had detected 10 mins down time on one of our servers, 

    Problem is fixed and everything is stable now,

    No. 14.50 GMT and I have tried form again on 2 different machines. Both come back with the temporarily unavailable note.
