    Not getting email notifications

    I am not getting the submissions from one of my forms sent to one of the receiving emails.  I have 3 notification emails set up and one of them is not getting anything.  Here is the URL for the form I am having trouble with.

    The emails associated on the notifications is not in the bounce list. I checked the mail logs and saw that the submissions were sent successfully. Here's a guide on how to check your form email history.

    As you can see, the email notifications were sent successfully on the 3 emails. I highlighted the submission IDs and the form ID. I checked the email notifications settings and it is configured correctly.

    Please check your spam or junk folders. Please try to check if your email program or client has spam filters. You can also whitelist Jotmail IP addresses.

    I'm not receiving notifications either.  We have referral forms setup for the elderly who need help.  This is an urgent matter and one we'll need to switch service providers if not cleared up today.
