    There are ways for you to get your Form URL or the link to access your form that you can distribute to your group(submitters).

    You can get the Form URL of your form from:

    MyForms page

    Form Builder page via Preview

    Form Builder page via Embed Form

    Note: Form URL link from this are secured by default.

    You can turn secured links to non-secured links by:

    FROM: https://secure or https://www TO: http://www

    FROM: https://secure or https://www TO: http://form

    Please be reminded that since you are on a Free subscription, you only have 10 secured submissions allowed every month.

    I hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance and we will be glad to help you.

    @Mike_G

    I'm asking the same question but this answer does not satisfy my need.

    I can't find the web page where I've published a form before I went to the desert with the Marines.

    It is the published location on the web that I am seeking. The point of interaction URL where I dropped the code for the form.

    I dropped a bit of code on a website and it is getting responses but I don't know where they are coming from. Where and to what are the leads coming in seeing and responding to? What magic is this?

    @duwizrd

    I have addressed your concern on a separate thread and I see that you've already replied to it.

    Is-there-a-way-to-know-where-my-form-is-embedded?

    Thank you.
