Our clients are stating that the payments are not being processed. One client expressed that she was using a master card. This is the second error that we have experienced with this page. We are still getting duplicate forms because people state it does not populate a "Thank you page" and now we are receiving errors for payment processing for those who are paid. Is there a telephone number where we can reach a rep? Please feel free to contact us for follow up. Also, we are not using this form on a site. It is not embedded. We are using the secure link provided in emails.

Unfortunately, we do not have phone support. Our main line of support is through this forum. We will attend to your concerns here on this thread. Regarding on the the issue of payment not being processed, may I know what is the error that the user have encountered when paying? There might be a some connection problem that may interrupt the payment processing. Have you checked the Incomplete Payment submission if the submission of the user is there?
Regarding the duplicate submission and the Thank you page, have you also experienced this issue when you test your form? I cannot do a test submission on your form since I currently do not have a credit card that can be used for testing.
