Receiving different email notification data when form is submitted

    When I received back the test form I sent. It had on the bottom some credit card information slot that just had888 by each of them. I do not have any credit card information on my form that I can find. Don’t want to get kicked off after working so hard. Could you check that please.

    I would like to apologize for the inconvenience. Is this the correct form you're referring to,

    To my understanding, you are receiving different data on your email when your form is submitted, is that correct? This data includes credit card information that is not part of your form really. 

    I would recommend you try to check the notifier set up on your account and check the data table,

    if that is not what you want to have, you can edit that using the toolbars above, or you can delete that existing notifier instead and create a new one by following the steps on this guide: Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

    To delete an existing notifier, 

    The data on the email notification sent to you when your form is submitted depends on the content of the data table.
