Want to redirect to my payment site after clicking on Submit

I need our website URL to be embedded at the end of the form

I understand that you want to redirect to your credit card page after submit the form. You can achieve this by using our Thank you page wizard. Please follow the steps below :

1. Click on Thank you Icon from the tool bar to open the Thank you page wizard.

2. Click on Redirect to a Page button in the bottom of the wizard to enter your custom URL

3. Enter the URL and click on Apply.

4. Now. close the wizard and save your JotForm.
