    In submission emails, how to display only questions which answered by users?

    I have dual list box -- when i make selections, and email goes, it shows ALL OF THE options not just the ones the customer chooses. How can we see what to do if we can't see what they picked???

    If I understand your question correctly, you want to see only question which were answered by user. Is that correct?

    Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by enabling the "Hide Empty Fields on Emails" preferences. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/256-How-to-Hide-Empty-Fields-on-Email-Alerts

    Please be noted that the above feature only works with an unedited version of email alert. I did check your form and found that you have edited your email alert. You should delete the existing email alert and add a new one after enabling the above feature. The following guides should help you:

    Ok. Thank you. I ended up having to delete that section and go with a different one. This is completely new to me. I will definitely try that now.
