autenticación

Hola como puedo autenticar un usuario con User/password. y validar que el usuario ya lleno una planilla para evitar que pueda volver hacerlo....

Unfortunately, you cannot add a username and password field in your form as this is against our terms of use. But you can limit the user that can submit your form based on your field question using Unique Question limit. You can follow the instruction in the screenshot below to setup this.
