Image Checkboxes: Add their own image

I am using image checkboxes to build a survey which allow use to select their favorite product.

If The use's favorite product is not in our list.

How should I  do to enable use to add their own product with image

That's not possible with that widget. A workaround is to add a blank image that says "Add your own product image?", then once selected, show an upload field so they can upload the product image.
