We are having the same issue. People in China are unable to submit forms and keeps receiving errors. Since our forms are time-sensitive, we have to resort to other platforms at this point. Please let us know ASAP if the issue can be resolved.

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

We are receiving similar reports from other users, it seems like the censorship in China restricted the specific URL related to the submission of forms (specifically submit.jotform.com).

Our developers are already aware of this and are trying their best to resolve the problem.

We will update you on this thread as soon as the problem has been fixed.

Again, please do accept our sincere apologies for this.

    Hello,

I'm sorry for the late response. We implemented a solution yesterday and didn't encountered any problem after.

As you might know this problem doesn't directly about JotForm. Our services were censored by China. It is an automated process and there aren't any channel that we can contact with them.

    Info: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Great_Firewall

We're trying to understand underlying issues why our services catching by that automated process an how we can avoid that.

Please let us know if you have any problems.

Thank you for your understandings and cooperations.
