Unable to login to account. Forgot username and password

    I'm having the same problem

    I am receiving for submissions to my email. However I forgot my username and password.  So when I try to reset my accout by creating new password I am not receiving the email! Help

    I'm sorry, I'm not sure I understand what you mean here. You can seem to log in to your account. Is Planwell not the account you're referring to? Can you provide us the form URL of the form where you're receiving email notifications on your email when that form is submitted? We would like to confirm this to you first so we can help you further. We will wait for your response. Thank you.

    My company's website contains an email address"andy@cagbookkingservices.ca"

    I am not receiving any emails sent to this address.

    My website designer for CAG Bookkeeping Services is no longer able to login to the online form solution (JotForm) as she no longer has the password.

    I lost my password.

    Is it possible for me to reset or retrieve the password and I will email it to my website designer for her to check out what is happening.

     

    My website company is "Godaddy.com"

    Where would I find the URL information they are asking for?
