I'm having the same problem
I am receiving for submissions to my email. However I forgot my username and password. So when I try to reset my accout by creating new password I am not receiving the email! Help
I'm sorry, I'm not sure I understand what you mean here. You can seem to log in to your account. Is Planwell not the account you're referring to? Can you provide us the form URL of the form where you're receiving email notifications on your email when that form is submitted?
