Time to live setting does not stay saved

When i go into settings on my form and adjust the time to live from 1 day to one week, each time i reopen the form it keeps resetting itself to 1 day.  I am having issues where a guy will begin filling out a form in the morning, and when he gets over to the customer to have them sign the form all the data has erased itself in a few hours time.  I was hoping that adjusting the time to live from 1 day to 1 week it would fix the problem, but i cannot get that setting to stay changed.  I have been waiting for the form to finish updating and saving my changes before i close the form, so that doesn't appear to be my problem.

I had to enable the auto fill first for the time to live to stay saved at 1 week vs. 1 day.  Hopefully this fixes my problem.

So after enabling the time to live feature yesterday to solve the problem i was having with the form deleting, it has now caused me a new issue.  When i open the form in multiple tabs on the same device, now every time i begin to fill one out in one tab, it answers the same questions on each form opened in each tab.  Is there a way to isolate this?  Basically what we are doing is each day we do an analysis on our job performance for the day, work done, quantity done, quality etc.  After that analysis is performed, we take the form to our customer to have them sign off for approval then submit the form.  On some days depending on how many crews we have working there may be 5+ form to submit.  I need to ba able to have all five filled out and ready to go when i get to my customer for approval.  Please let me know if you have any ideas for me.

    Hi,

When you enable or use the "Auto Fill" feature, it will saved the current progress of the form in your browser's local storage. This means when you open multiple tabs, with the same form, all of them are in one session.  Please check this guide to learn more about it: http://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-Feature. If the browser is clearing it's cookies and cache, it is possible that the saved progress will be erased.

If you would like to save the progress of the form specific to user, you can do that using the session ID, here's a guide on how to do that: http://www.jotform.com/features/save-and-continue/?. This will save the session of the user based from the email address. This is handy because users can open the form in a different computer and a different browser. You can also apply this approach to your workflow, instead of them filling out the first form, you can fill it out for them, then just give them the session URL so that they can continue filling it out.

    I hope that helps.
