I use to use Forms Central but unfortunately it is no longer available and JotForm came up as a viable replacement.
I have created a form which seemed to have lost data when submitted. Anywhere I had a widget, the data didn't get transferred into the submissions.
I removed all the widgets and attempted to create a pdf, which is suppose to be easy. After quite a few minutes (at least 15) I get a forbidden 404 error, see attached screen shot.
Please let me know how this is suppose to work

Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you. I'm able to replicate the issue at my end with the cloned version of your JotForm. It looks like the length of the form is causing the issue. As I tried to create a PDF form using a simple form, it seems to be working fine.
Let me forward the issue to our backend team to take a look. If there is any update with the issue, you'll be posted through the thread.

Sorry for the late response. This issue occurred because of a temporary server problem. You should be able to generate your PDF form now. Thanks for your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.
