[Bounce List] My forms are not being emailed to me

    A few forms in Sept have not been emailed to me


    They have been coming for months, but stopped, 

    I do not know why


    Pls advise

    Thank you for contacting us.

    It looks like that some messages were rejected by AOL, so that your email address was added to our bounce list.

    We have now removed your email address from the bounce list. The email delivery should be restored.

    Forms still not coming through

    One of your notifications is not properly setup:

    Sender Name :Make sure you assign it  to a field from your form where the user enters her name (usually the"Name" field -or similar)

    The email address was still in bounce list: 

    In addition to this, you may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender.
