Drag and drop a file to be uploaded does not seem to be working properly

On one of my forms it allows the applicant to click and drop a file to be uploaded. When I do this it works fine. When others outside of my office try it, the files won't upload.  They click the upload button, but it doesn't upload the file.  What's up.

I took a look at the form you have shared with us above: http://www.jotform.us/form/51723679851162 and it seems that you have several regular upload fields.

I did not see the drag and drop upload widget - at least that is what I presumed that you are using.

I have tried to submit the form and based on what I see the files seem to be uploading properly.

Can you please tell us if by some chance you either:

1. had the drag and drop upload widget on your form, but was removed or

2. have embedded the form on some page on your website?

If the first is true, please do add the widget back to your form for us to inspect and see what might be going on.

If the second is true, please do give us the link to the page where the form is embedded on so that we can check it out for you.
