Why duplicate emails from form submissions?

    I have created #13623118247.  When the user submits a form, we a receiving first an email with From = JotForm.  Subsequently we receive an email with the user's email name in the From.  Is there a way to stop the first email from coming through and clogging our email account?

    You have two notifications set up on the form. 

    Delete one of them. 


    To delete one click on the notification name under email alerts (as shown above), then there will be a Delete Email button in the bottom left of the next dialog box. 

    You can click the reply-to and recipient settings to see who the email is being sent from and to.
