Volunteer Hours Submission and Reporting

Is there a way to not just collect the number of volunteer hours worked, but to create custom reports so that if a volunteer inputs their ID number, a report with just volunteer hours log template will come up? I know how to collect the hours so you don't need to help me with that, but the custom reporting I'm curious about.

Unfortunately, the feature you are looking for is not currently available in Jotform. It will need to retrieve a data from the database which is currently not supported in JotForm. An alternative way to do this is to insert the submission data in your own database and the you can create a custom program that will retrieve the filtered data from the database.
