Paypal payment wizard regularly looses "Get amount from" selection

    "Get amount from" field changes from what I have set (usually "grand total") to "none"

    This happens often on all my forms when I make various changes of any kind, it seems to be random and not when I make certain changes.

    Can you help?

    Are you referring to this form - http://www.jotformpro.com/form/51977171183966? I cloned the form and tried to replicate the issue but I was not able to replicate it. May I know what browser version and device are you using to edit the form? We recommend you to use Chrome or Firefox in editing your forms. Can you try it again and see if you will still encounter this issue?
