How to downgrade correctly after one month

    Hello Jotform

    My question is simple: We just need the bronze (19$ per month) for exactly one month in the year. I guess after that month you are just going to bill the next 19$. So how can I avoid that correctly? Do I just have to downgrade under "pricing"? If I do so, will I still have the 10 GB space for this month?

    Hello Nichols,

    To avoid billing for the next month, you can cancel the subscription by selecting the free plan under the you billing page.

    This will be treated as a cancellation and will be effected automatically at the end of the current billing period.

    If you downgrade you will retain the quota you have paid for until that period runs out.
