    I go tthe below email. However I already upgraded my account today via pay pal. Please see below. gantt.ron@heyredline.com is the email on the account. Please ensur I dont have an interuption of service..

    Hello Ron,

    The maximum allowed upload space on a Premium account is 10GB. You are well over that allotment now.

    Are you able download then delete some of your old data/submissions to clear some space ?

    A quick look at your forms suggests that most of the data you are using is on your 'Model Registration v2 ' form.

     

    You other option is to upgrade to Professional with 1TB of free space. If that is the route you decide to take we could refund that bi-yearly Premium subscription for you.

    Yes, but you may need to log out and back in to see the changes. 

    To give yourself some breathing space, you looking at getting 4gb off there, thats 4096 MB. As a very rough guess, I think you probably need to get rid of around perhaps 1500 submissions which have images/files attached, possibly more.

    I am assuming all your uploads are images.

    Perhaps you do have larger files, such as video, uploaded?

    Identifying and removing those first will be less labor intensive.

    I understand that its going to be a significant amount of work deleting those submissions, if you update us on your progress come 10-11 EST tomorrow and at least show us you are making an effort to get your file usage under control, we could probably delay the disabling of your forms for another 2 days. 

    Another option is to take up a Professional monthly subscription for $49,95, giving you more time to get things under control.

    Going forward, if you havent already done so, you should consider limiting the max filesize of form users' uploads.

    Yeah, I see you have deleted it, that brings you right back down to 6.45 gig and the scheduled disabling has been removed. 

    If you need any help configuring your forms to only accept file uploads upto a certain size, let us know. Personally I feel 1-1.5MB is more than enough for a decent quality image file but thats something you would probably need to have a think about for yourself.
