Our applications are not coming into the email address in our profile (romewithpurpose@gmail.com) but into my personal email box. Perhaps I used my personal email address when I set up the account? I would really like to change it so that the applications are coming into our business email account.

It appears the recipient email in the notification is different from the account email.
Kindly change it to romewithpurpose@gmail.com to be able to receive the notifications in that address.
