Complaints of Form Not Submitting

I use jot form for employment applications and lately I have been receiving numerous complaints that, once filled out, the form will not submit. Are there certain internet browsers that work best with jot form?

It depends on the browser they are using. If it is a browser that is quite old or outdated, it is possible that the form may not function as we expected, this is because the older versions may not be loading the backend codes properly, they may also not be backward compatible with the latest website standards. There are also other factors that may contribute, like a plugin/extension that is blocking the form or an internet connection related issue.

Would it be possible to know what browsers your users, who are having problems, are using? Also, may we know if the form is embedded on a website of yours? If it is, there's a also a possibility that the form and the website's resources and scripts are conflicting to each other. Please do share us the website link if it is indeed embedded. If that's the case, you might need to use the iFrame embed code instead.

I have tested you embedded form and I was able to submit it. After I submitted your form I got redirected to this page. I have tested your form in Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

However I did noticed that that bottom of your form is cut off a bit.

I noticed that you are using script code for embedding form to your site. Like my colleague mentioned, we recommend using of iFrame code for embedding your forms. You can see how to get iFrame code of your form in this article.
