We need to have customers send in signed forms, just the data without the text does not help us.

If you would like to include the text, you would need to add the text to the body of your email notification as well. Click on the Emails tab then click on your notification to edit it. Then add your contract details to the notification where you would like them:
You may also want to refer to the following guide that the submission can be included with the text and headers.
So that you can place a PDF link on your email notification as well.

I checked your form and did not see any captcha or reCaptcha fields in your form. There should not be and confirmation required. If you wouldn't mind creating a new thread with the link you are using to your form and a screenshot of the issue, we will be happy to see what may be going on.
