For some reason, we are not getting email notifications.  I have looked into it but cannot figure out why.  Any ideas I can try?

    Hi,

I just verified your email. It seems that it was placed in our bounce list:

Reason(s) : Amazon SES has suppressed sending to this address because it has a recent history of bouncing as an invalid address. For more information about how to remove an address from the suppression list, see the Amazon SES Developer Guide: http://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/DeveloperGuide/remove-from-suppressionlist.html

You may remove it using the instruction from our users guide, How to remove your email address from bounce list. You may also view the page,How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues, to prevent from happening again.

Please let us know if you require further assistance.
    Regards

I just checked and it show my email address *IS NOT* on the bounce list.  Which email address did you check?

Also, when I attempt to remove my email from the bounce list, Amazon is requiring me to sign up with them.  I don't want to do that...

I also checked our logs for the address "sales@humbuckermusic.com" and it is indeed in our bounce list:

I removed your address from our bounce list but may need to forward this request to our developers to have your address removed from Amazon's suppression list.  If the notification still do not come through to your address, let us know and we will forward this along.

I just checked and we are still not receiving emails.  Please have your developers fix this with Amazon.

Also, here is the page where I tested our email address earlier  :

Your address was placed immediately back on our bounce list.  It may not be showing as such from your account page but in our logs, it is indeed on the bounce list.

I will forward this to our developers to have your address removed from Amazon's suppression list.  I would recommend whitelisting our domains and IP's with your email provider so that once the address is removed, it will no longer reject the email:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

We will update this thread as soon as your address has been removed.

Just for the record, I'm already ahead of you.  I whitelisted all the IP's about an hour ago.  :)

Thanks, and I'll be checking back often.

Awesome!  Our developers may not be able to get to this until Monday so I would recommend using an alternate for the time being.  Once this thread is received, they should be able to remove your address rather quickly.

For some reason, your email address is again added to the suppression list. I have noted it again to the report.

For now, you may consider using a different email address for your account and forms.

    Thanks

Jotform uses Amazon mail servers.  Back on the 15th we switched from gmail to Google Apps for Business.  For about 12 hours, our emails were hard bouncing and Amazon apparently put us on their suppression list.  We have to be removed from AMAZON'S suppression list.  From what I gather from Amazon's website, someone with a data account (you guys) will need to remove us from their list.

We are using a secondary email address for now, but we need to use the correct one.  Please advise.

The address in question is:  sales[at]humbuckermusic.com

We changed to the other one because the humbuckermusic.com one doesn't work.
