I tested it with my Gmail account, and i receive the notification emails. I try with my AOL account, and I don't. Am i doing something wrong or is it just not compatible?

    Hi,

I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this have caused you. This happens because AOL rejects JotForm's mail server domains. Here is the list of JotForm Mail Server Domains:

    us-app2.jotservers.com
    jotservers.com
    jotmails.com
    jotform.com
    amazonses.com
    email.amazonses.com
    jotform.co
    secure.jotform.co
    s3.amazonaws.com
    static-interlogyllc.netdna-ssl.com

Which you can also find in this guide: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

Since you already have the list of mail server domains that JotForm has, all you need to do now is follow the instruction on this link for AOL emails: http://womeninbusiness.about.com/od/email-questions/f/How-Do-I-Whitelist-Email-Sender-Or-A-Domain-In-Aol.htm

AOL addresses are notorious for rejecting our notifications.  I would recommend, if possible, sticking with your Gmail address.  Gmail tends to be one of the most fields services for notifications.  Compared to AOL which is one of the worst.
