My "Quiz" form won't score correctly.... Please help.

I've tried to adjust the scoring for each field and I've went through the properties for each field multiple times and it just will not score anything higher then 50%. I've tested several times. Not sure what to do? Please help. Thanks!

Your calculation currently only includes 5 of your fields:

Though you have 11 fields + a bonus question that can all yield 10 points.  Since only 5 fields are included, the maximum score (with 10 points for each question) would be 50.  Which is the result you are receiving.

If you include all the fields in your calculation:

The maximum would then be 120.
